Does a monthly regular clean include baseboards?
No. Baseboards are excluded from regular cleaning, whether visits are weekly, biweekly or monthly. Deep cleaning includes baseboards.
Is a deep-cleaning quote the same as a recurring estimate?
No. A recurring estimate is not a confirmed deep-cleaning quote. Request a walkthrough to agree on scope and price for your space.
Does this replace specialized work or staff responsibilities?
Do not assume a facility clean covers specialized equipment, regulated work or every surface. Discuss your requirements and exclusions before agreeing on service.
